The Megalodon is an extinct relative of the Great White Shark which hunted millions of years ago in the area which is now the Chesapeake Bay.
Raised in Southern Maryland, Rebecca has an innate love of the rural environment, and her macro and landscape photography brings that emotion to life. Living within a stone's throw of the Chesapeake Bay has allowed Rebecca to add intimate views of Calvert County's natural resources to her portfolio, along with her vision of the impermanence of life, the beautiful rust which transforms nature and object alike.
